Hotel Toba Kowakien is located on a hill in the heart of Ise-Shima National Park. Beautiful sunrise and sunset is breathtaking. You can enjoy fresh local seafood with sunset at our restaurant.
We have outside pool, mini golf course, adventure playground for children and legendary hot spring. Hot spring around this area has been attracting people for 1200 years since it brings you a long life and makes your skin smooth. We carry this hot spring into the hotel.

Relaxation
Indoor hot spring (Kowaki no yu)
You can see the beautiful sunset over the window from the indoor hot spring. If you have pain on joints such as knees and elbows, or if you are sensitive to cold, or if you have trouble skin such as atopic dermatitis, this hot spring can heal and ease your pain.

- Morning: 6-10am, Night: 3pm-0am
There is hot springs for female and male separately.
You can experience both hot springs according to the time. If you try one which shows “for Female" sign in the morning, the same one will show "For male" sign at night, and vice versa.
Please see the direction at the entrance before entering the hot spring. Otherwise, you will be in trouble!
Outdoor hot spring
Hot spring is accessible from the room of indoor hot spring. There are two types of outdoor hot spring.
- Hinoki (a name of tree: Japanese cypress): A bathtub is made of Japanese cypress.
* Japanese people like the scent of Hinoki and believe that Hinoki has a power to release stress, tiredness, joint pains, and bring you a good sleep.
- Shigaraki yaki (a name of ceramics made in the area of Shigaraki): A bathtub is made of ceramics. Please enjoy color of Shigaraki yaki which reflect a sense of value called "Wabisabi." Shigaraki yaki is one of the oldest traditional ceramics in Japan.
